We have all been raised in a fat phobic society and we are all in some way at least a little fat phobic. It would be difficult to be raised in this society and not be. I know I personally have been fat phobic and have done a lot of work to unlearn the fat phobic beliefs I had in my mind. 
Today I am so excited to be joined by Jess Fry, also known as @embodyconfidencecoaching On Instagram and @embodyconfidencecoaching on Tiktok also! Jess is Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Body Image Coach! As well, as a certified ADHD Professional.
