One of my faves!

This podcast is one of my favorites, and I consume a lot of podcasts. First, the title, it’s everything. YOUR BODY IS NOT THE PROBLEM. Yes! Shout it from the rooftops. Also, each episode is so rich with insight and inspiration. I honestly can’t wait for my kiddos to be old enough to hear this perspective because sad as it is they are exposed to the opposite even his little ones. Thank you for all you do Leah. I wish I had your podcast to support me when I was struggling so much with food and body image.

Leah’s interview with her mom was wonderful! Your body is not the problem podcast episodes are for anyone and everyone who struggles with body image. Body image issues are not specific to age. Leah tackles it all and makes you feel better about yourself and empowers you to see yourself differently. This episode, sharing her mom’s perspective shows that this issue affects all ages.
