Anne BH ,

Uniquely helpful interview!

The conversation toward the interview's end about how humans have evolved for camaraderie in times of danger and stress - not for working isolated at a computer - is (to me) new and important. Also, the concept of 3 big weekly tasks set for the "mountain top" period each morning that week is a great idea for providing punctuation and definition for an an otherwise continual "to do" list. Keep listening through to for Nicky's review of this concept at the end of the podcast - hearing the concept restated in new words helps you grasp its multiple aspects.

Packed full of nuggets

I love how this podcast is one of the few that focuses on people’s rituals, routines and actual workflow. It helps me feel less crazy, and it’s packed with tons of great ideas to make you more productive and less insane as an entrepreneur.
