Investing in Your Well-Being through Self-Compassion with Emmy Brunner The Social Ninjas

    • Mental Health

In this episode, we interviewed personal empowerment and transformation coach, speaker, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist Emmy Brunner. She is also an author and the CEO of The Recover Clinic. Emmy gives us some tips on self-healing, including her number one tip: learning how to be compassionate with ourselves. We dive deeper into this topic as she stresses the importance of being as kind to ourselves as possible, especially when encountering obstacles in our lives. Emmy also gives some physical tools she uses with her patients to help them ground themselves when they are feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. We end the interview with how we can begin to see shifts in our lives as we take steps to invest in our well-being. Everything comes down to self-compassion.

Enjoy!
