Is it Self-ish or Is it Self-care? EP. 17 It's A Mess, Sis!

    • Society & Culture

We are so excited for this episode. This topic presented itself in the form of a theme that we have observed in our lives and the lives of friends and family over the last few weeks. We were left with no choice but to DIC this topic down so that we can really get down to the lesson and what source is trying to tell us.
This episode we will provide our personal (D)efinitions of "Self-ish" and "Self-care". Then we will discuss the perceived (I)mpact those definitions have on our lives. Lastly, we talk about how we (C)ope with our definitions and the impact those definitions have had on our lives. We talk new awareness, changes we want to make, and resistance we stumble upon. And we do all of this with the intention of clearing up misaligned narratives in order to create a path towards the lives we desire.
Feel free to pause throughout the sections to give yourself time to answer and jot down any thoughts that come up.

Join us this Sunday July 12th at 9:30/6:30 PM ( ET/PT) for our "After Podcast" where we break down this topic on IG LIVE and have the conversation with you!
