Peter Starr ,

That interviewer was awful

She was the worst. Typical pretensions and really didn’t talk much about the new sounds or instrumentation. I barely could make it thru half the interview. I learned very little of the new record.
Time must have changed Jackson but she doesn’t mention anything like that. I get the impression she was handed a script and told say this and this. Why not ask him what changed in the way he records now say to in the 70’s.

Lost in translation?

I admire Jackson Brown and plan on getting his most recent cd. But I could not watch this interview. The interviewer was phony, making bizarre comments and innuendo that seemed to indicate that she didn't know the artist.

It was very weird, and when it seemed that Jackson was getting uncomfortable, in just had to switch it off.
