Huge thank you to Alexandra for being so kind and guesting on the podcast! We hope you enjoy our interview/conversation with her. As we officially cross over to the second VHS tape, we discuss what is essentially the beginning of the end. This episode covers more class differences, a few payoffs, some potentially unnecessary added drama, and the moment Mr. Andrews tells us Titanic's fate.

To Making it Count
I’m so excited you all are back! Brittany, I love listening to how passionate you are about the Titanic…I too, am a huge fan! I first seen the film when I was 10 years old, when it was first released and probably have watched it over 100 times. I also know the script basically by heart, and even catch myself humming the music randomly. 😂 Brittany, I am sorry about the loss of your Nana. This podcast episode hit home, because I have been struggling with depression and grief after losing my Nana on 1/4/23. You said Titanic was like your home base and I can relate 100% to that. When the film was first released, my parents were going through a nasty divorce and Titanic was my safe place. Now at 35 years old, after losing my Nana, the Titanic was released a month later for its 25th Anniversary. It brought me the joy and comfort that my soul was needing once again. I drive a lot for work and about a month ago, I typed in Titanic in the search bar and came across this podcast. It’s been everything I never knew my soul needed. I love the passion and listening to you both discuss a film that I love so much. Thank you both so much for taking the time and dedication in doing this podcast! I am so happy you all are back because I was just going to restart from the beginning and listen all over again 😄 Take care and remember to make each day count. ❤️
Never Let Go
I’m so happy that the podcast have continued. I have been a Titanic nerd since I first saw the film in theaters; a film that shaped my life in many ways. Listening to someone who adores the film as much as me and that puts great detail on each episode, from the specific soundtrack pieces, repeating the lines to accuracy, and bringing Alexandra Boyd to give great insight of such huge production, not just makes my mornings special, but makes me feel special as a fan, as a amateur historian, as a designer, as film enthusiasts. This podcast is a great production and film companion. Brittany Butler, you’re a great producer, following your passion no matter what. Make each day count.
I love the titanic
Hello guys I love your podcast so much. Just this year in third grade our teacher mentioned the titanic. I absolutely loved it. I watched a movie just a couple months ago. And then I found your podcast. It changed my life. This is the best podcast in the whole entire world. I love the titanic so much.
