This week we sat down with Jaren Sustar (JD), the man behind the hat, the finance cowboy, and someone with a very interesting success story in the short-term rental world. He has an amazing work ethic, and he believes that this was one of the keys to being a successful serial entrepreneur. 

He has been in the business for 6 years and gives his take on the current state of the short-term rental market. JD also explains that you should not always bank on falling interest rates. You should be cautious when making investments and always make data-back decisions.
