Solid, Helpful, and Easily Digestible

This is a good podcast. If you're a dentist, you should listen to it.

The key strengths I see are:
1. Just one person talking. 90% of podcasts are two people talking. Sometimes its an interview, sometimes its a regular thing, but it's rarely scripted and there's a lot of fluff to get through in those. Joe has taken the time to distill his thoughts enough to speak to them cogently. Felt more like a professor in a college classroom that a casual thing. I liked this.
2. Brevity. Under 20 minutes usually. This makes me far more likely to actually listen to the content. The 60 minute podcasts are tough to commit to. I know there's probably good stuff in there, but rarely do I want to commit that much time to listening. Even at 1.5x or 2.0x speed.
3. Overall demeanor. Joe sounds approachable and friendly. He doesn't come off as the grizzled veteran who has "seen it all with the scars to prove it." Joe sounds knowledgeable and experienced, but not grumpy.
