    Adjusting to the New First-Year Experience

    This episode dives into the experience of two of our First Year Student-Athletes, Spencer Uggla and Emily Knight. Spencer is a member of the Blue Jay Football Team, and Emily is a member of the Blue Jay Field Hockey Team. The purpose of this episode is for the athletes to describe ways that they are engaging with Hopkins, their teammates, and the athletics department and how they are adjusting to their first semester while studying at home. You will learn about some of the creative ways that coaches are engaging with their athletes, and how these students are creating meaningful relationships while learning virtually.
