Tax Season and the Recovery Rebate Credit
As tax season continues, this weekend we're bringing you one more episode sponsored by H&R Block.
Stimulus payments have been a critical lifeline for many Americans during the coronavirus crisis. But what if you didn’t receive the full amount due to life changes such as a new baby or lower income? Thankfully there’s a way to solve this, in the form of a recovery rebate credit.
The recovery rebate and your stimulus payments are actually one in the same. It’s just that the recovery rebate credit is paid as part of filing your return.
Joining us this weekend to help make sense of it all is Kathy Pickering, the chief tax officer at H&R Block.
As you're getting ready to file your taxes, remember that H&R Block has all your tax needs covered. Their experts have an average of 10 years’ experience. They’ve seen it all and can help get all the credits and deductions you deserve.

Planning for Retirement With 500k in Student Loans
Nothing like planning for retirement as a young couple with half a million dollars in outstanding student loan debt. You know what's even crazier? I'm kind of okay with it!

Customer Reviews
AWESOME!
Jill is an awesome host and wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend the listen.
O M G !!
Jill I absolutely love your show,If I could make one small critique,it’s the use of the term oh my God! I know it’s common in today’s vernacular but for those of us who hold to the faith let’s just say it’s not a respectful way to address God. Oh my goodness would be much more palatable. My input comes from years of working with people that would swearAnd use the Lords name, and I have just made it a practice not to swear are use the Lords name like that, and you know what? I have never in my 62 years had someone say to me you need to swear more and use the Lords name more!I just wanted to drop a line to throw that out there, I really do enjoy your show and have recently subscribe to the podcast, just hearing that music makes me happy! Have a great day!
Sick unrealistic salaries shows
Enjoy Jill, but so sick of shows with questions from people with enormous salaries. That isn’t real life for the vast majority of listeners. So out of touch. I’ve asked questions, but they’re never answered.
