Before his tenure at King County, he served as the Chief Information Officer the City of Tukwila, Senior Manager of Application Development and Collaboration at Alaska Airlines and Senior manager Enterprise Collaboration and Application Integration Development and Operations at Boeing. Joseph enjoys tutoring students in math and science, working with schools on implementing technology in the classroom, and spending time running and hiking with his wife and son.
