Josephine Wennerho | Wine, Food & Travel With Marc Millon Italian Wine Podcast

    • Society & Culture

Welcome to episode 1924 of the Italian Wine Podcast, Wine, Food & Travel With Marc Millon. Today, he is interviewing Josephine Wennerholm. Today's show focuses on the art of home cooking with love in the wine hills of Frascati and the Colli Albani. They explore intriguing topics such as home cooking, seasonal cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and the significance of family meals.

More about today’s guest:
Jo, as she is usually always called, was born to a Swedish father and an Italian mother who when widowed later married a Scotsman, so Jo grew up speaking Italian and English. Her stepfather’s work took the family to the Indian Subcontinent, Iran, Lebanon and Cyprus and Jo went to boarding school in England from the age of 13.  Frascati, her mother’s home town, was always ‘home’ however and is where she has been living permanently since 1977.  A lover of cuisines from all over the world, her desert island food remains the Italian table.  She caters and gives Italian cooking classes to people visiting Frascati or Rome and  started a food blog in 2010 (My home food that’s amore) and another in 2015, Frascati Cooking That’s Amore. Her love of food (and wine!) is all about sharing pleasure, bonding and maintaining ties of friendship.
