The Autumn Equinox marks the turning of the year, it is a time when we honor the harvest. That harvest is of course the real harvets in form of things planted in the gardens and fields but also the harvest of your own efforts and intentions. This is a time to honor everything that you have in your life and also a time to prepare for the winter season in the northern hemisphere.

In this Episode they will talk about their meaning of the expression Journey On It and what their intention is with this podcast. A Word is like an arrow, instead of poison it’s filled with intention and your emotion. (Maybe poison if that’s your intention) 

What effect does different words have in you? Maybe it’s a trigger, maybe warmth. 

Master & understand the power of your words, choose a word that you use a lot and say that word out loud & tune into your body. How does that feel? Where does it feel? Does it has a form or a color? Now, imagine, that all that YOU are feeling within you, is what you send out to the world using that word. 

Words can be a weapon in disguise or a healing force.
