A Must-Listen!

An insightful podcast that eloquently verbalizes the benefits of Judo to your life. And reveals the challenges that the Judo community are facing. As well as the exciting opportunities to use modern methodologies to improve your coaching, teaching and practicing of the incredible sport of Judo.

I recommend this to any practitioner and those thinking about starting Judo for themselves or their kids!
