Perfect for Busy Mama
The length of each episode is the right amount of time I have to sneak in a moment for my metal and spiritual health. As a mama of 4, my time is limited and my mind is constantly busy. I appreciate the combination of physical and mental relaxation because it helps me focus on each scripture shared. I also like the calm tone of voice the narrator uses and the slow pace at which he speaks. It’s what I need to slow my thoughts, notice the state of my being and consider each verse.
