Dr. Brenna Bray is a health, wellness, and life transformation coach who helps clients achieve their optimal weight, health, and happiness through integrative nutrition, intuitive healing, and evidence-based practices (www.brennabray.com). She is also a dedicated/esteemed researcher with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience and postdoctoral training in Complementary and Integrative Health and Eating Disorders. Her personal journey of overcoming an eating disorder inspired her to pursue both research and coaching, bridging the gap between personal experience and scientific expertise. In her research, Bray currently investigates public health policy, and social justice factors that contribute to eating disorders at a systemic level. In her coaching, she empowers clients to access and harness their innate healing abilities to achieve remarkable health and wellness transformations.



Dr. Bray is also a passionate educator, writer, and ultra marathon runner. She teaches at Naropa University, writes a health column for AboutBoulder.com, blogs on her website (www.brennabray.com), and runs high-altitude ultra-marathons. She is currently working on expanding her teaching and writing projects, as well as launching a nonprofit organization for eating disorder research.
