It has been my commitment in contributing to help others connect with the calm, authentic, peaceful outlet that lies within each of us. I am a military spouse and mother to a 2 year old baby boy, with our second on the way, in which I often need my own guidance of yoga, meditation, and self care. Life is a beautiful whirlwind of change and challenge; I am passionate about guiding others through my work of yoga and introspection, to that place of ease that lies within.
