Keith Grimes is a GP with over 25 years of experience in primary care but he is also a product specialist, having led clinical and product teams at Babylon in the UK. 

In his keynote at the e-health university, he talked about how e-health overpromised but underdelivered in the context of the pandemic. 

In this interview, Keith shares his views on how we can better use e-health and why we should stop thinking about it only as a way to digitise our current practices.
