Had a wonderful chat on how the body should move with Dr. Mark Bull. Mark holds a PhD in Sport, exercise and rehabilitation science from Birmingham University and is also a full member of the British PGA.
Mark developed and designed Bull3D and is a pioneer in the world of human movement and golf swing performance allowing him to provide innovative sport science and biomechanical services to golf.
Mark’s main areas of interest and continued research are why players move and swing the way they do and what influences the players swing and performance, including areas such as anatomy, physiology, neurological learning and how areas such as our experiences, perceptions, concepts and beliefs have a significant influence on how we swing and perform.
