We are talking about what it’s going to take to support teachers in this time of burnout and the great teacher resignation as well as support kids and parents with compassion. We are NOT listening to our kids and teachers. We have to disrupt the current models of high performance, zero emotional intelligence education and parenting and shift into a new paradigm of growth and learning.
