Killer Fun Crime and Entertainment Christy Norman

Killer Fun explores the intersection of crime and entertainment. A couple times a month we watch a television show, movie, read a book, play a game or delve into other forms of entertainment that involve crime - both real and fictional. Join Christy and Jackie for some well-researched facts - and laughs - every episode. We don’t LIKE crime, but we are fascinated by it. Christy is a super-sleuth when it comes to internet research and Jackie has a Master's degree in Psychology from Harvard.

Abused Not Troubled - The Program
The “troubled teen industry” is full of normal teenagers with rich parents - at least in many cases - and for truely troubled kids, places like The Academy at Ivy Ridge were abusive and NOT helpful. The Program: Cons, Cults, and Kidnapping shines a light on the deplorable conditions at WWASP institutions.

Customer Reviews
Morbid media at its best
I love the core idea of this podcast — especially since everyone is obsessed with true crime these days! The hosts’ banter is also great, and they take you on a very entertaining ride through all the morbid media out there. Perfect for both education and lots of giggles.
True crime?
I started listening because I love true crime, and it was probably going to be added to my library, but then one of the hosts went off spewing “I believe in climate change, I do, BUT…” At that point I was done.
Too much banter
Blah, blah blah
