Jean has worked with real estate investment properties in Arizona since 2002 and has been involved in hundreds of transactions, and has financed over $50 million in private money loans.

Jean also emphasized the importance of thoroughly vetting borrowers and properties to mitigate risks which includes running credit and criminal background checks on borrowers, checking property values and loan-to-value ratios, and verifying the borrower's experience and connections.
