She is back with her newest anthology, We Cook Filipino: Heart-Healthy Recipes and Inspiring Stories from Filipino Food Personalities and Award-Winning Chefs. This book presents the vibrant food culture of the Philippines through the lens of heart-healthy cooking in stories and recipes from 36 culinary trailblazers from around the globe. In this conversation, we are joined by some of the contributing authors, including Cynthia Cherish Malaran, Will Mordido, Kathy Vega Hardy, Cheryl Baun, Paolo Mendoza, and myself.
