Danny Kept Dancing.... Grease
This podcast Klarity moment is on the revelation of how Danny kept right on dancing... Grease was a favorite movie of ours. I can quote the whole movie, perform every dance, etc. The Born to Hand Jive scene was epic!!! I always wanted to be like Sandy at the end of the movie.... Showdown at Lerner Air Field!
Agent Vince Larkin, upon realizing he was face to face with Cameron Poe, one of the good guys, he stated "I'm going to lower my weapon, Poe, are you going to lower yours?"
To which Poe responded "There's only two men in this world that I trust. One of em is me and the other one ain't you"...
This Klarity moment gives us a quick glimpse at how, just because we are willing to 'lower our weapon', until trust is established between two parties, two races, two sexes, others are not obligated to lower theirs. And until we all get this, we are all going to be stuck, still standing there having a showdown at Lerner Airfield... -

If we are not in the business of doing what this country has stated we should do, if we are not following the words printed on the Statue of Liberty, and if we are not ensuring that ALL "men" are created equal in America as printed on the Declaration of Independence, then AMERICA, maybe it is time that we Take Down Our Sign!!
