Great Podcast!
I met Kristian on the Appalachian Trail and had the honor of hiking much of Franconia Ridge with him. His podcast is fun, informative, and motivational. I'm not a runner, I'm a hiker, photographer, and accidental adventurist. Love tuning in and listening while on my daily powerwalks.
