In this new episode, we meet Lara Sibbing, policy advisor and researcher on food systems in the Netherlands. After coming all the way to Lille by bike, she explains her Phd topic and how she intended on making it available by everyone by turning it into a play. We also talk about conscious consumption, citizens' involvement in policy making.
