Lee Hopkins Stories of Inspiring Joy

    • Society & Culture

Lee Hopkins (he/him/his) is a transgender man who helps people create lasting friendships. After struggling with loneliness most of his life, he's tried various ways to resolve it— including moving across the US to find his tribe and fit in. He’s learned that the key to creating meaningful relationships is not “fitting in” or “finding your tribe”, it’s about attracting your vibe. He’ll show us how this is possible for everyone.
In today’s episode Lee shares the inspiration behind Patterns of Possibility, a company he started to help him make better connections with other people. Lee shares his journey of self-discovery, moving from feeling disconnected and lonely, to connected, joyful, and recognizing how awesome he is. As Lee shares, we all have something that we’re afraid to share or acknowledge. Learning to accept light and dark, the not-so-great stuff and the great stuff about ourselves, this journey of self-discovery was pivotal in allowing Lee to become who he is today. As a Coach, Lee helps people embrace who they are, tap into their own self-discovery, and build stronger and greater connections, with themselves and with others.
