Techmoja Dance and Theater Company’s very own Kevin Lee-Y Green talking to me about “ Fearless Motivation “ -Open Your Cage: Tryna To Big When Little Gotcha” I love this interview because he gives testimony about sexual trauma; that could have kept him quiet and no longer do what he was supposed to do as a kid. It’s kind of like life was trying to silence him or evil entities were trying to silence him at an infant stage in his life. But as I say in my interview this gentleman has choreographed actors on syndicated networks; that’s how you do life fearlessly is this why #fearless #motivation needed to be discussed. You do life… you don’t let life do you. You don’t want to miss this episode. Here’s something to think about and I’m gonna talk about this on the podcast “take the limitations off” rare diamonds can’t be viewed in museums locked up in a vault; and a bald eagle can’t fly if he’s caged ! Here’s a thought why is it in a zoo; or if you go to a circus why is the lion caged? If all that he’s known his entire life is captivity, he’s never been in the wild; why do they lock the cage? It is because even though his experiences do not validate the cage; his instincts tell him that there’s more that’s out there! And the reason why so many of us are frustrated today it’s because we are pacing around in the cage of a “ job”, “ or a life” or “ a situation “ that has limited us! We may not always have current access for it, we may not always have the education for it, we may not even have the training for it but our instincts are telling us we belong “out there” So tell your mind I take the limits off of you and open the cage!!

In the words of my guest Who is a radio personality for Coast 97.3, he has his own podcast called “ In The Booth with Big B” said; “A lot of times people can’t see past what they can see”! Now he as a former school teacher and he’s currently a philanthropist and he is an all out pillar of the community; he knows firsthand what he’s talking about. As he goes on to say in the actual episode he talks about how influential seeing something different helped him choose the college that he went to help him make the decisions that he’s made so far in his life. Now, Attorney Vanessa Gonzalez Esq. Who is a activist and sits on so many boards to help the disenfranchised people have a voice; said it best like she’s trying to break the chains of I don’t want to change she’s trying to increase inclusion in her own community. Trust me she’s a real voice for the voiceless. “ Coach Bell” A.k.a. Rodrick Bell; tells a different motivational story, he tells a story of how growing up in a small town but having big dreams changed his life. So much so, he tells a story of how he built a tin material shack of a club house for him and his friends in his hometown ( Small town on the Eastern Shore in Virginia ) called “ The KOOD is Half Kountry / Half Hood” to now owning his own construction company! These are my guess intimate stories and professional stories of how they’ve been able to thrive and survive and live life well! Ms. McCray; in this particular episode made a statement that was absolutely profound!! “ if you’re focus on fast food you will never understand the benefit of fine dining”!! But what made this episode even the more funnier is that they were all three Virgos and it was not planned that way; so funny how divine creation can just makes things happen greatly ……. This is a killer episode is talking about; listen if your work hard, if you put in to practice the tools that you learned from reading a book, from the seminar that you attend to the extracurricular activities that you pay for to better yourself in your craft…. THE RESULTS WILL COME! It is not about just the manifestation of your hopes and your dreams it’s about putting into practice the practicalities that’s needed in order for things to come into full circle. Every small step is a step in the concrete confines of your purposeful life. When you volunteer on a committee that can give you access to people, when you work on your credit score so that you can actually purchase items to help build your business, when you pay for that online course in continuing education and when you strategically work on work life balance In order to sustain emotional growth ;your one step away from the “ RESULTS”. Life is not easy and big goals and humongous ( not a word) dreams have to be fulfilled through hard work…… This is the only way that you see the results, this is the only way that they will come. There’s a saying, it say success isn’t owned;it is rented and you have to pay that rent everyday! The term “rent” of course is a metaphor for where you want to be what you want to do with your life your purpose. But you must put forth the work; success is not gonna just fall in your lap you must work in your craft; you must sacrifice, you must do what you need to in order to be successful. My guest on today show know all to well about what it takes to become successful in their entrepreneurial endeavors! For two years now they successfully operated a vintage style delicious coffee shop called “ Spill Coffee Co.” Tori and Amber are originally from California they wanted to bring the various different styles of coffee making that they learned in California to North Carolina. They are the very first vintage style Café in the Wilmington North Carolina area; and they dared to be different in a saturated market. They talk about the tenacity, the drive and the innovation that it took in order to get to the stage of actually having brick and mortar. You hear them talk about how they started small and then gradually got to the point where they could actually have people come to them instead of them coming to people. This series is something that I think everyone can attest to I think that it speaks volumes and it speaks near and dear to my heart; see you’ve got to go through a little shit to talk a little shit and in this life you will have hard times; in this life you will have to go through Life‘s ups and downs; but you have to do it fearlessly you have to motivate yourself you’ve got to stand strong. The power of “ I AM” is in you! It’s in all of us. I feel like God has given us the strength and the will power to be great. I want you to understand the power behind the pressure; it’s important that you understand that the rent is due on your life and you have to pay it with your time, your sleep, your peace and you’re sure will. The key is not ever giving up; push through life adversities because at the end of the said adversity you’re gonna come out stronger and better and you will reach the outcome that you’re looking for. Don’t let people deter you don’t let their opinions stop you from your greatness.
