Relevant and Easy to Digest

I saw "Dr. Deb" at a conference and I was impressed with her enthusiasm and the problems that she solves. Her podcast is relevant, easy to digest, and her advice can be applied immediately. She's a good interviewer, and she covers a variety of topics so it doesn't get boring.

I particularly recommend her episode with Matthew Solomon and her episode on staying healthy during a crisis.

This podcast will make you healthier.
