Letting Go by Letting Be with Michael Allard The Pain Changer® Podcast

    • Alternative Health

In this week’s episode of The Pain Changer®, I chat with Michael Allard who for 30 years has been practicing Dzogchen Meditation on a daily basis on & off the cushion, as revealed to him by his Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen Masters.

I met Michael during my latest Ayahuasca retreat, and immediately respected him. He chose to do a 3 day fast on top of the vow of silence during ceremony! In full disclosure, I wasn’t ready to fully let go of food as well as my words, and I admired him for doing so!
Michael and I have a deep conversation in this episode about the power of meditation, what led him to meditate, as well as what Ayahuasca has given us both.

In this episode, you will learn:
Why do we feel the need to "Let Go" How do we develop the courage to "Let Be" What is the Merit of "Leaving Be" How has Ayahuasca facilitated this process? How Love is the only real emotion. If you loved this episode and you got a lot out of it, leave a review and share your biggest takeaway with me.
