Happy LUNAR ECLIPSE! I don't know if it's best to say happy eclipse- but I do think this is a transformational time, and especially this week- a big reminder from the Universe on letting go.
On this week's episode of the podcast I'll preview a bit of info on the eclipse! And I'm sharing on the topic of that crazy sense of urgency that so many of us feel compelled to move through our life with! The kind of urgency that is fueled by our anxiety AND continues to kindle our anxieties too.
There's so much to the art of letting go of control, and practicing patience, slowing down, and prioritizing what matters most in each and every moment. More often that not what really matters is NOT hurrying up to fix, or communicate, or do things for others, or prove anything to anyone- but instead it's really truly BEING in each and every moment. Present Awareness.
