Have you felt the need for more in your career, but don't know what to do with these feelings? Do you find yourself trying to talk yourself out of considering a career redirection despite this persistent inclination, citing all the 'practical factors' which you feel can't be ignored. In today's episode, I talk about my own experience of taking bold action in moving in a particular direction with this podcast, and how the results completely surprised me.
Lessons for career development? If you feel strongly enough about something, you need to ignore the noise or critical voices and just take action in order to move in the direction of your new career path - only then can you validate these internal promptings and your convictions about what you are called to do.
Faith over Fear will stretch you, but have incredible career development rewards when approached prayerfully.
