Great NBA Pod
Love the LY podcast. Sam and Andy are smart, insightful and funny. My fav NBA podcast!1
You guys are too young!
Why celebrate playin?
You never know when something will be your last!
I realize you two are too young to know the difference. I’ve followed the warriors since Derrick Dickey lived in apartment complex 2 doors down from me when I was a teenager and warriors won it all in 75.
Enough with all or nothing and the doom and gloom. Positivity is contagious. Momentum starts with belief and hope. These are not the warriors of 14-19 or even 2022. These are the warriors we have now and a little positivity could only help with the lifeless, spoiled crowd at Chase. Maybe if the crowd tried a little ‘warriors chant’ once in a while we could be a few games above 500 at home and safely in as a top 6 seed.
I think shows like yours should focus on the portentous butts that are missing from the seats at the starts of the third. It’s cool to call out the team when things are rough, but that’s simply not the case right now. Call out the crowd for not doing their part.
For the casual fan
Plenty of enthusiasm and a wealth of hot-ish takes. Little or no analysis. Hyperbole alert: If you take a drink each time you hear ‘the best player/duo/team/match up in NBA history’ you will miss the end of the podcast. All in all, a fun pod suitable for casual fans.
