Rev Alden shows up unconscious and smokey on the floor of his runaway wagon and is rescued by Johnny Cash. Welcome to season three people. This episode has all the makings of a classic Johnny Cash song as an entire town we never heard of gets demolished by fire, the kind folks of Walnut Grove get swindled by a rock icon, Mary gets into a stranger’s car (no candy needed), and June Carter Cash wrestles the death angel for Rev Alden. The only body count ends up being Mine, Alicia’s poorly named dog after he was “bad sick.”
