    • Alternative Health

“The one thing that we really need in this equation, it’s impossible to heal if you don’t have the desire to do so. You have to take that really difficult step and say, “I want things to change.”
This week Rachel is joined by Ellen Batchelor. Ellen is the founder of Whole Blue. Whole Blue is an online education platform that works with people to take charge of their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being to live life more Whole-ly.
Today they talk through the journey that allowed Ellen to arrive at the point where she is now. After working with big pharma, and the health field industry she was fortunate to have a physician guide her to the life changes that not only helped restore her own personal health but was the springboard for her to be able to truly help others.
Ellen shares the importance of being determined and committed to “doing” the work in order for real change and success to happen. She emphasizes the importance of covering not only physical health but, healing the soul and spirit in the process.
