Living an Aligned Life: Stepping Back Into Your Power Through Alignment The Conscious Café

    • Spirituality

Hello my friends, and welcome back to this week's episode of The Conscious Café! Today's brew is a light roast blend of spirituality, alignment, and consciousness. We are going to be talking about what alignment is, deep diving into five different ways of looking at alignment, and then finally wrap it all up with a discussion about why alignment is so important in the first place. (If you are more of a reader, the blog post version of the show is available below- although the podcast dives in deeper!)

As I explore human consciousness and development, the concept of alignment bubbles up in many different ways. When I first heard the term, it was explained as a state of emotional positivity and feeling good.

But ‘feeling good’ is a really vague description, and a lot of us have subconscious barriers and beliefs that say ‘feeling good’ is wrong. In reality, feeling good is so much more than a selfish act- in fact, it's the opposite. Being in alignment allows us to do three things: 1) Be in the present moment, 2) Fully embody ourselves and find joy while doing it, and 3) Be open to and connected with the Divine.

So if you're ready, let's dive in! Alignment is so much more than a vertical position, it's a way of life. It can fit into your life no matter where you are on the journey- whether you are on a path of mindfulness, spirituality, consciousness, or something completely different. Alignment has the potential to open you up to the life of your dreams. Are you ready for it?

Let's go to the show.
