Here are the Day Twelve prompts if you want to follow along:
Journal Prompt: Look back at the common thread you identified yesterday. Do an SOC, and see if you have any breakthroughs on where it came from, how it can be healed, and how it is effecting your life right now.
Gratitude Prompt: Write down something that made you laugh recently.
Mantra: I am enough, and everything is as it should be.
Quotes: How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you. -Rupi Kaur
I couldn’t heal because I kept pretending I wasn’t hurt. -Unknown
You’re a fighter. Look at everything you’ve overcome. Don’t give up now. -Olivia Benson
Question: What area of your life needs to be healed the most?
(These questions aren’t meant to have direct answers. They are meant to feed your brain, to open you up to the possibilities of self-care. Sometimes when we introduce our brain to a question, the answer naturally comes a few days later. Just contemplate the question, but don’t be discouraged if there is not an immediate answer).
Challenge: Spend 10 minutes doing something that makes you laugh- watch funny animal videos, turn on your favorite rom com, chase your dog around the house, anything.
And here are the Day Thirteen prompts:
Journal Prompt: Take a look at your second limiting belief. How is it affecting your life?
Gratitude Prompt: Call, text, email, or write to a family member to tell them how much you love them (Yes, pets count).
Mantra: I am letting go of the old to make room for the new. I am stepping into my highest self.
Quotes: Keep your face towards the sunshine, and the shadows will always fall behind you. -Unknown
Breathe, darling. This is a chapter, not your whole story. S.C. Lourie
The same light you see in others is shining within you, too. MHN
Question: If you had one word for your dominant emotion right now, what would it be? If you have a word you would rather be feeling, spend today finding small ways to switch them out.
Challenge: Spend 20 minutes in nature- even if that means looking at nature pictures on Pinterest.
