D Lazy T Ranch ,

Thank you from the D Lazy T Ranch in SD

Thank you for speaking up about these issues, and we look forward to your future podcasts. We are a small seedstock operation in western SD raising registered Angus. We previously raised commercial cattle for 25 years and have seen many ups and downs during that time, mostly caused by market manipulation and corporate greed. These topics are very concerning to us, and feel like there hasn’t been enough attention on the big players and what’s been allowed to happen.

Facts

I’m 60yo…
I’ve been following the Capitalization of farmers. I only clicked on your story to hear your take on beef checkoff, which I think was sloppy… you maybe could have researched it more to show just how egregious they are. I think if you wrote down all your talking points and did a deeper research on them… you could mail it as a podcasters, but you seem to be letting politics sway your discussion.
I hope you improve on the research prior to future pods, cause I’d like to hear more from you.
