#148 - Louise Valentine has spent most of her life learning about fitness, physiology and what makes the human body move. when she came across tough challenges, she figured out how to get past them through hard work and problem solving. She started her own fitness program Badass Breakthrough Academy for runners and today, talks about that as well as the difficult health challenges she overcame and her life as a military spouse. She is one amazing athlete and I know you will think so too!
