#LoveResources for this episode:

Ask: What did I and my partner learn about gender growing up?
Don’t assume that your partner’s gender automatically assigns them to particular roles. Your relationship will operate best when you operate from strength and co-create roles and responsibilities together.
Identify the various ways gender has impacted your relationship. If there is anything that needs to change, then we challenge you to change it.
Ask: Are we operating from our strengths?
