Notre Dame football will no longer be able to remain a college football Independent once a settlement is reached in the House vs NCAA antitrust lawsuit.  The fruit of this suit will start the unprecedented era of revenue sharing among major athletic departments and its student athletes. 

The Nebraska football hype has reached fever pitch following the arrival of freshman quarterback Dylan Raiola this spring.  The 60,000 fans on hand for their spring game and those that watched on a national telecast are still talking about Raiola and his performance.  And it just seemed like everything else looked better with him on the field. 

The Ohio State football team is all in on a championship or bust mantra for the 2024 college football season!  After falling short of expectations in 2023 the Ohio State football team and Buckeyes fans immediately turned their collective attention to the 2024 season. 

The Big Ten and the SEC are separating themselves from the NCAA as the association is being sued for billions of dollars for suppressing athletes' revenues.  The power conferences are quickly designing a revenue sharing plan in order to appease the plaintiffs in the House vs NCAA lawsuit scheduled to hit the courtroom in January of 2025. 

Florida State could join the expanded Big 10 sooner than later according to Florida State athletic director Michael Alford.  While speaking recently to FSU Alumni and Boosters at an event in Chicago, Alford hinted he may be in the area a lot more beginning this summer.

Nebraska Football coach Matt Rhule has an absolute rising star at quarterback in 5-star true freshman Dylan Raiola.  We were cautious about starting true freshman at Power 4 schools.  Then we saw Raiola perform in the annual Nebraska Spring Football game in Lincoln this weekend.  He is the real deal!
