Great podcast about Star Trek

Glenn and Valerie bring a great mix of intelligence and fun to the Star Trek universe. The insight into the issues brought up by the episodes are always compelling. They mix up their own Star Trek themed drinks at the end of many episodes, it’s a great bit of fun to end a podcast on.

ENGAGE!!

This is a podcast where these two desperate alcoholics use episodes of a science fiction show about autistic adults as a thinly veiled excuse to come up with more kinds of drinks that aren't just Carlo Rossi Sangria mixed with vodka. With or without ice. I tend to disagree with them, and here is why: have you noticed how almost every episode of TNG is about some alien taking over Data? Seriously, try to rewatch the show, if you can, if you can get up the courage to watch a cowboy show with lazers. My favorite is Odo. Really they missed an opportunity, I mean if I was Odo I was morph into myself riding a horse. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not saying some kind of centaur. Why would I want to be two halves of something, when I could be one whole of something? Like would you want to be half car and half bike? That takes away all the ease of a car and all the fun of a bike. I'm saying, Odo on top of a horse, but both him and the horse are Odo. Think about how cool that would be. Now, would be shooting a bow? Or a rifle? I can't tell you how you could make this fantasy cool enough for you. Also please remember that I am your father and I love you, no matter what you decide to do in this life, I mean you could even imagine Odo as using a sling. When I was a boy I used to make a lot of slings. I think they are really cool. This is an excellent companion podcast for Discovery. It's way more light hearted than other podcasts on the Clay Temple Media network. Til they decide to host mine.
Really smart show

Love this podcast, glad to have found it. Really well done, they do their homework and have insights I never would’ve thought of.
