My lack of clarity of priority created a culture of reaction, stifled creativity & collaboration, and suck away my vision to see.

3 Things I wish I would have done earlier that Jesus did:

1.Changed my Scorecard : Jesus was always showing the disciples that they were measuring the wrong things.

•What is Success to you?

•What do you measure?

2.Put more stock in my leaders : Jesus put all his stock with his leaders

•They have the potential that you don’t

•Care for them, don’t just use them

•Simplify the language for them so they know what success is (5-3-1 Principle)

3.Less weekend consumed & more outward consumed : Jesus loved the local church, but spent most of his time outside of it.

•We often are hitting walls that services can’t fix

•Empower more leaders & free up your time
