Bad Blood – When Team Members Can’t Seem to Get Along

It is, unfortunately, a frequent occurrence. Team members argue, disagree, and simply cannot seem to get along. At times, it is related to simple personality differences. Other times, it runs deeper and seems to impact daily interactions. In most situations, the arguments lead to a chronic feeling of bad blood on the team. The doctor is often unaware of the specifics, but can sense that something is off. There are times when the doctor is roped into the disagreement and must somehow mediate t...

Implementation is another difficulty with CE courses. Even if the tea...

Well isn’t that the truth

I have been in Dental for four years now and am now a lead assistant training someone from the ground up. Where I work they don’t have to have schooling to work as an assistant. I chose to go to school to become and CDA (RDA) and EFDA. It was after my kids were grown and grown and gone so I have done many things in life.

I have had a concrete company that was successful for 10+ years and simultaneously had a janitorial service that I had had since I was 16 years old. I have done AR and AP. Project Management and been successful at all.

I love being an assistant. I love your podcast. It helps me feel like I am not crazy. I am not the only one out there dealing with some of these issues. I love the ideas and the work though of the problems that you do.

I wish I lived closer and I would apply for a job. Keep going ladies. You are doing great.
