Fairy Tale Edition
This story isn't believable, not because of the magic and happily every after but because I can't believe anyone would EVER want a salad that badly.

Fairy Tale Edition
The Frog-King is a disturbing tale of magic and selfishness, it's also more violent than you might think. No sweet simple kiss and everyone lives happily ever after. The Grimm Brothers bring us another unhappily ever after story.

Fairy Tale Edition
Marley's Ghosts is diving into the dark and twisted origins of Fairytales. We are starting with Cinderella. If you think you know this story you might be surprised at how brutal and bloody the original story is.
This story is from the Grimm Brothers who collected these disturbing tales from all over europe.

A corpse in a mummy museum what so strange about that? Oh a fresh corpse...
A Recently Expired Corpse by E.G, Thompson is one of our mysteries. I discovered it in a compilation of scary stories but can find nothing about the author or story.

The Three Sisters
As the middle sister I would like to assure my sisters I do not relate to the middle sister in this story!
The Three Sisters first published in 1902
W.W. Jacobs - most famous now for his short story The Monkey Paw, but in his day his maritime stories are what brought him fame.

John Galt - Scottish Author (no I didn't realize he was scottish when I chose the story just a happy coincidence.) He was the first novelist to deal with issues of the Industrial Revolution and he has been called the first political novelist in the English language.

I love all the stories, but especially the sea stories! Such fun!
Fun and Spooky
I like the fact that they are old timey tales and she does all the voices.
