Craig Hoffman talks to VA HD 36 Candidate Mary Barthelston about why she's running to unseat a 40 year incumbent in the Virginia State House. Mary is a 27-year-old systems engineer who wants to apply those skills to fix problems in our society. How do those skills translate and what specific policies and solutions does she have in mind?
