I love this podcast! I was introduced to it and now I have introduced this podcast to so many women! Even though I’m not caught up to current date, every episode I listen to is very relatable! (It’s sometimes scary).
Heaven sent ...!
Wow wow is all I can say, you ladies are God sent . I’ve been dealing wit anxiety and never had it bad to this extent, but with a love one passing it has triggered severely to the point it’s crippling at night. As soon as night time approaches,It’s physically attacking and I never heard a podcast bc I thought they would bore me. But let me say coming across y’all’s Anxiety episode was like a fresh breath of air. Thank you ladies and y’all’s voice is so soothing almost like a home feeling. Please don’t ever stop and keep this wonderful gift .
