Part 1 of "The Forgotten War - Waking Up To The War We’re Already In"
Is it our reasonable scientific thinking about our faith and the world around us? Or is it our message of “Jesus makes everyone happy”? Or is it the abuse of the term ‘spiritual warfare’ saying there’s demons in our flat tires? I’m not sure what the reason is but we have fallen asleep in the midst of a battle. Satan is here working overtime to deceive, lie, kill and destroy us and many of us couldn’t be bothered with it. It’s a war that’s waging and somehow we’ve forgotten about it. Yet when pausing we might realize we are in a battle but we’re numbing ourselves to the defeat we feel with self pity, self loathing, self medicating, staying busy and always distracting ourselves. It’s time to wake up! It’s time to rise up and tell the enemy he’s already lost and begin walking in the victory Christ has provided for us at the cross.
This series is entitled “The Forgotten War: Waking Up To The Spiritual Battle You’re Already In”. My prayer for our you is that you would be equipped by this series to rise up as a prophetic warrior and take your place of victory in the battle field. That you would learn to walk in Christ’s victory in your heart, mind and soul and fight for those around you!
For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.

Great podcast
Loved the series on lifestyle missionary, I have long struggled with overseas missions versus missions in the U.S. Jesus is on mission right where we are, and our example is one that will lead people to Him. Can't wait for the next series!

Matt Whitlock is a voice to a new generation of people on mission with God! His teachings not only help people grow spiritually but also empower them to live God’s mission anywhere and everywhere they are as lifestyle missionaries! Matt’s ministry is so important because if we’re going to reach the world for Christ we can’t expect the world to come to church, instead we gotta go out into the world of our daily lives and be the church to them!
