Hi, this is Tam and Mel! After the murder of George Floyd in May of 2020, we wanted to create a safe space for a group of friends and allies to come together in solidarity and community to talk openly about systemic racism and all of the effects that come with it. That space became Me, Myself, I and You. For us, in this moment, there could be no more important topic. Each episode will focus on the experiences of black and brown people, along with our allies and accomplices in today’s America, with emphasis on historical context, and how to move forward, together. This is Me, Myself, I and You

Racial Gaslighting
In this episode, we discuss the deep well and often turbulent subject of racism and how it affects mental health. Is racism a form of delusional disorder? Should children raised in racist homes have a pass because they may not " know any better"? We will unpack it all and then some. We are joined in our discussion by our amazing friends and Affected By hosts, Tamara Pennington and Pawel Zoneff. We truly enjoyed this collaboration and hope you do as well.
